American Virtual started off as USAirways Virtual Airlines and was initially founded by Humberto Aguin in 2004. We work hard to emulate the real-world operations of American Airlines, its direct subsidiaries, and the majority of the OneWorld Codeshares. Based in the United States, we have a robust CrewCenter with many technologies exclusive to our virtual airline. We operate on a ranking system which means we are always working toward an objective. We have a very vibrant community of people who are passionate about flight Simulator and our beloved VA and a very engaged/responsive staff. AAVA is a proud Vatsim partner Virtual Airline among others with several Vatsim controllers on staff. There are several real life pilots among the crews who offer training in real world procedures. AAVA mirrors real life AA as closely as possible and active on Discord and Facebook. Also offers Macintosh support!     Modern, friendly, active. What more could you ask for in a Virtual Airline. I have been with many but this is hands down THE BEST! Their Discord channel is active and the staff works hard to keep the pilots engaged. This is not your run of the mill automated airline, it takes effort and commitment to work your way up which makes the entire experience so worthwhile and rewarding. I have seen nothing else like them out there.

    A fantastic virtual airline; one of the best I have flown with over many years of flightsimming. The various tools used to select and plan a flight are superb and make for a very professional experience. The management are very responsive and extremely helpful. Communication is regular, giving pilots the feeling of being a genuine part of the organisation. This is something that maintains the enthusiasm and motivation to fly but that I have found to be lacking in many other VA’s.
